My heater blew out in the middle of the biggest cold snap of the season, and they were able to do the estimate same day and the work the next. Ace was also able to replace my heater and reconnect it to my AC (which was fine), saving me a ton of money. They charge by the job, not by the hour, so there are no add-on fees. I was especially impressed at how they were able to remove the old unit, replace the heater, clean everything up spotlessly all in one day. They even put on shoe covers before walking through the house. Absolutely recommended"

Ron thoroughly explained the process, communicated updates to us throughout their work, and took great care in the placement of our outdoor a/c unit so as to minimize its appearance. During the installation, Ron realized that our kitchen didnot have a vent for heating/cooling, so he installed one at no additional cost to us.
