Question: Do they have an office where you can reach them, or do they work out of their house?
Answer:We have been located here in the South Bay for over 15yrs, our shop in centrally located in the city of Rancho Dominguez-just behind the Carson Mall.

Question: Do they offer financing?
Answer: We offer financing through GE Money.The application is just one page and can be approved, most of the time, over the phone.

Question: Can they accept credit cards and debit cards?
Answer: We offer the convenience of paying by Master card, Visa, Discover, and Debit card, right from the comfort of your own home.

Question: Are the technicians in uniforms? Do they have the company name on their trucks?
Answer: All of our technicians are in uniform. Ace Mechanical's name, phone number and address are prominently displayed on all of our vehicles.

Question: Do they have preventative maintenance plans and service agreements?
Answer:We offer a yearly "Maintenance Agreement Program" our customers who participate receive a 10% discount on all repairs.

Question: Are they offering a brand of equipment you have never heard of?
Answer: We offer only national brand equipment from major manufacturers.

Question: Do they offer you a choice of efficiencies?
Answer: A good company will provide you with a written proposal, clearly outlining the equipment to be used, the work to be performed, and the agreed upon price. They will also usually offer you a choice of equipment with "good", "better" and "best" options.

Question: Is the best thing they have to offer a "cheap price"?
Answer: Don't be misled to believe that "low price = best value" When buying any component of a HVAC system, the lowest first cost is virtually never the best value.

Question: Do they specialize in service after the sale?
Answer:Unlike some contractors who "disappear" when you need them, Ace Mechanical is there before,during and after your new equipment is installed.
